Precise-Every Detail Counts

Better fitting with a comfortable experience

  • DS is equipped with an industrial-grade light engine , which provides meticulous control of more than 2 million micro-mirrors. Each one of the micro-mirrors generates a pixel side-length of exactly 75um, 3/4 of a human hair.
  • Hey Gears' patented optical micro-adjustment technology can mitigate the effect brought by optical distortion, increasing print consistency and uniformity.

Even after a long period of use, DS demonstrates stable print quality without compromise in print accuracy

  • To ensure a high print quality after a long period of use, we implement our patented auto-calibration technology to make sum the optical power stays within 1% of fluctuation.
  • DS is equipped with our patented silicon resin tank, which can withstand higher pressure and has a longer service life (>90 days) for fewer maintenance needs. The silicon resin tank also greatly reduces the separation force and increases print stability at the same time.
  • Hey Gears makes sum that all platforms and resin tanks am calibrated before being shipped out of the factory. Such calibration enables quick swaps between all platforms and resin tanks, guarantee consistent print quality across all printers.
