G3011-500UL 6× DNA Loading Buffer Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis Loading Buffer

6×DNA Loading Buffer is used for loading DNA samples on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It contains bromophenol blue and glycerin, for easy visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. In 1% agarose gels bromophenol blue comigrates with ~300 bp dsDNA fragment.

Technical Specification

Storage and Handling Conditions

Transport use wet ice. Store at 4ºC for periods up to 12 months. For longer periods, stored at -20ºC.

Assay Protocol

Add 1/6 volume of 6×DNA loading buffer to your DNA sample.

Note:

1. This product can not be used for loading protin samples in protein gel electrophoresis.

2. For your safety and health, please wear lab coat and disposable gloves.
