TBE buffer is a commonly used buffer salt solution for nucleic acid electrophoresis in biology, mainly used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. The main components of TBE are TRIS -*** salt and EDTA, which have strong buffering ability and are suitable for long time electrophoresis with high resolution. The separation effect is good when electrophoresis fragments less than 1KB. The *** components in TBE buffer can affect the efficiency of DNA recovery and subsequent enzymatic reactions. TAE buffer is recommended for the agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA fragments.This product is 10x concentrated solution.If the product precipitates out, please place it in 37ºC water bath to dissolve it. It will not affect the use.
