TAE (Tris-acetate-EDTA buffer) is the most widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in biology. TAE is mainly used for DNA AGAR gel electrophoresis. It is also suitable to use TAE buffer system for DNA fragments recovery. This product is 50x concentrated solution, working concentration is 1x, can be directly diluted with distilled water 50 times before use.If the product precipitates out, please place it in 37ºC water bath to dissolve it. It will not affect the use.The main ingredients of this product are TRIS, glacial acetic acid and EDTA.
