Storage and transportation

Transportation in wet ice; storage at -20°C, valid for 12 months.

 

Steps

  1. This product is ready-to-use, no need to add reducing agent or heating, take the Western Protein Marker I stored at -20°C, thaw it at room temperature and mix it gently and thoroughly before use;
  2. For the use of the primary antibody as a mouse antibody, it is recommended to take 5 μL of this product and the experimental sample for protein electrophoresis; for the use of the primary antibody as a rabbit antibody, it is recommended to dilute this product 4 times with the provided Dilution Buffer and take 5 μL for the experiment. Samples are subjected to protein electrophoresis at the same time; it is recommended that qualified laboratories can determine the appropriate dilution ratio through preliminary experiments according to their own experimental conditions and experimental habits when using this product for the first time, which can save costs and obtain better results. Experiment picture;
  3. After using the Western Protein Marker, store it at -20°C in time (it is recommended to store it in aliquots).

 

Precautions

  1. Western Protein Marker I cannot be heated or boiled at 100°C, otherwise it will cause the protein band to degrade or lose its effect;
  2. If the Western Protein Marker I color band is thick, it can be diluted with Dilution Buffer and used. After dilution, the color of the two pre-stained protein bands in the Marker will become weaker, which is a normal phenomenon;
