SDS-PAGE Running Buffer is a buffer solution used for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Its main components are 25 mM Tris-base, 250 mM glycine and 0.1% SDS, which is suitable for protein electrophoresis of modified polyacrylamide gels of Tris-glycine buffering systems.

Technical Specification

Storage condition:
Stored at room temperature, valid for 24 months

Usage:
Add water at constant volume to 1L and mix well before using.

Notes:
Please use it as soon as possible after dissolving.
For better electrophoresis result, reusage is not recommended.
