SDS-PAGE Transfer Buffer Powder mainly consists of 20mM Tris-base and 192mM glycine. A certain volume of methanol is required to be added during usage, which is suitable for wet electrotransfer by Western Blot.

Storage condition:
Stored at room temperature, valid for 24 months

Usage:
200 mL methanol solution should be added and the volume of distilled water should be fixed to 1 L prior to usage.
