G1405-100ML Environmentally Friendly Sealing Glue For Immunohistochemistry Laboratory Sealing Glue

This product is an environmentally friendly sealant with high permeability, medium viscosity, and refractive index nD=1.4915-1.4935. It is a colorless, transparent and viscous liquid without odor and does not contain xylene. This product is used to seal pathological tissue slices, cell smears, etc. after staining. While ensuring the adhesion and light transmittance of tissue slices, manual operation is harmless and has no irritating odor. It is an environmentally friendly mounting glue. This product is compatible with the environmentally friendly dewaxing clear liquid (G1128), and can be used to seal the sections after the environmentally friendly dewaxing clear liquid is transparent.

Technical Specification

Storage and transportation

Transported at room temperature, stored in a dry environment, do not place in a low temperature environment, and avoid direct sunlight. The validity period is 24 months.

 

Instructions for use

Before the slides are mounted, they are fully dehydrated and transparent. Put a drop of environmentally friendly mounting glue on the glass slides, and gently cover the coverslips to avoid air bubbles as much as possible. Place the slices horizontally in an oven at 60ºC to dry for 30-40 minutes or naturally dry at room temperature for about 1 hour, then observe them under a microscope.
