This product uses high-purity glycerin as the medium and contains anti-fluorescence quencher.

Instructions

When mounting the slide, use a dropper or pipette to drop a drop of anti-fluorescence quenching mounting plate on the sample, and gently cover the cover glass to complete the operation. It is recommended to complete the observation and photograph as soon as possible for the sections that have been mounted, and store them at 4°C in the dark.

 

Precautions

  1. Fluorescent substances are prone to quenching. In the case of anti-quenching mounting tablets, the fluorescence duration can be prolonged and the fluorescence quenching can be slowed down. However, the film after mounting should be stored at 4ºC and protected from light. It is recommended to use dark sections. box. And take pictures as soon as possible.
