G1039-500ML Hematoxylin He Staining Solution for Differentiation Bleaching Experiments

Haematoxylin is used to stain nucleus. Except for nucleus, the cytoplasm, collagen and fiber of tissue slides may also be stained in nonspecific. This haematoxylin differentiate solution is used to selectively decolorize the over-stained nucleus and nonspecific staining area. The differentiate process is necessary to increase the contrast and resolution.

Valid for 6 months at room temperature.

 

Instructions

  1. Deparaffinize sections, 2 changes of xylene, 10 minutes each. Dehydrate in 95% alcohol and 85% alcohol respectively, 5 minute each. Wash in running tap water for 1-2 min.
  2. Stain in hematoxylin solution (G1004) for 3-5 minutes, wash in tap water for 1 minute to 2 minutes
  3. Rinse in haematoxylin differentiate solution for a few seconds
  4. Rinse in bluing solution (G1040) for a few seconds, wash in tap water for 1-2 min.
  5. Carry out other routine process such as other stain, or dehydrate. Then followed by clear and mount, microscopy determination.
