Dental implant surgery, due to the rich jaw neve and blood vessels and individual differences among different patients it is so hard for dentists to control the position and angles during their drilling in the jaw. Instructions for single teeth implant guide plate :

  • Cut the plaster model in central position where needs to do implanting.
  • Draw bone topography.
  • According to bone topography, draw position and direction of guide rod.
  • Take a zirconia drill in kit grind 1.1mm groove on both side of plaster model. insert the guide rod, and then glue the two half plaster model together.
  • Take single teeth implant guide plate, soak and soften it into hot water, after the color becomes transparant, take out.
  • Place the single teeth guide plate on the plaster model, and make shape.
  • Take down when the plate becomes harder.
  • Black inner ring suits for drill below 2.3mm.
  • White inner ring suits for drill below 3.0 mm.
