Steps For Usage

  • Make the first impression and finish the plaster model, fill the undercut with wax before making the temporary base,
  • Mark the base line to confirm the edge of the temporary base and then apply the separating medium on the model;
  • Put the plaster model into soaking box and put the base plate on it add 70-80°C hot water in the box. 1 minute latec the base plate can become transparent and adhere to the model, and then take out them;
  • Make the shaped, pay attention to making the edge of temporary base smooth;
  • Put the finished base plate and model into cold water to gethecand separate then when they are hard totally and polish the edge to remove the sharp edge.
